my vacations in bogota

i love so much Bogota this is my favorite place If I could wish to be born in another place like it would ask to be born again in Bogota. but in this moment i live in Cartagena and i miss so much my old home. i visited diferents places in Bogota like as the gold museum, the Luis Angel Arango Library, the Simon Bolivar park, Maloka, the Nariño square,etc; this is a place very old and is very important in my country, frecuently i saw many pigeons flying on the square, that is very beautiful and strange, but i like that. also is very common that many people take advantage to take photos with yours chlidren on horses or llamas. if i wanted to visit other places i would to the Zipaquira salt mines, the Jaime Duque park, the Santa Cruz zoo, the Tequendama jump, etc. these sites are near of the city and they are wonderful. the most important is that this places are very nices and don´t be expansives. the people were very friendly; and the best of the Bogota or the any city of Colombia is the weather, because here you find all the climates; and this is great. But what i liked best of the city, was the Iberoamerican theater festival of Bogota , was created in 1988 by Fanny Mikey and Ramiro Osorio, on the occasion of the celebration of the 450th anniversary of the founding of Bogota; this festival lasts 17 days and i liked because that was the opportunity to learn and funny through different plays; i saw several plays were so humorous, dramatic, poetic, musical, etc. in this plays involved many actors and actresess that i watched in tv and also involved others actors who came fron elsewhere. the scenaries were magical, filled with landscapes, figures, music, costumes,etc. i really love the theatre and i miss a lot of things of Bogota but i also like Cartagena i hope that whit this information you want to visit that beautiful place called Bogota- Colombia and i hope to visit soon.
